Based on all-fiber designs, and pumped by multiple multi-mode laser diodes, MPBC’s single- or dual-wavelength Raman fiber lasers are dependable and easy-to-use sources for use in transmission test beds, for research in distributed amplification and remotely pumped amplifiers, and for component compliance testing. The all-fusion-spliced optical trains eliminate the traditional concerns of keeping optics clean and cavity alignment sensitivity to temperature and mechanical vibrations.
