| The PDCA12-32 is a high speed 12 channel photodiode array with a coplanar pad layout and an optical aperture with a diameter of 32 μm enabling easy coupling to single-mode fibers. The top illuminated photodiode array is optimized for high-throughput parallel optical interconnects up to 10 Gb/s per channel and has a photodiode pitch of 250 μm for coupling to standard fiber ribbon cable. Each photodiode has a low capacitance and achieves full speed at a bias voltage of only 1.5 V. | |
