| The PDCA12-70-S is a fully qualified 12 channel photodiode array with a dual-pad layout and an optical aperture with a diameter of 70 um allowing easy coupling to both multi-mode and single-mode fibers. The top illuminated photodiode array is optimized for highthroughput parallel optical interconnects up to 5 Gb/s per channel and has a photodiode pitch of 250 um for coupling to standard fiber ribbon cable.
