| ■特徴／Key Features |
|
| The photodiode pitch of 250 um is suitable for coupling to fibre ribbon cable. Alignment features on both sides of the chip can be used as supports for flip-chip assembly processes. Different pad options allow either to connect the array by conventional wire-bonding, flip-chip stud bumping or flip-chip soldering. The devices offer excellent responsivity besides the high speed response in the wavelength region from 800 to 1620 nm. |
